8/08/1915- Evacuated/Admitted 17th General Hospital Alexandria Egypt
15/08/1915- Evacuated/ Admitted to King George Hospital Stamford Street England ( Severely sick with Pulmonary Tuberculosis )
6/10/1915- Transferred Pinewood Sanatorium Wokingham, Berkshire, England
19/01/1916- Embarked Portland England for Australia per ” Star of Victoria ”
23/02/1916- Disembarked Fremantle WA & Admitted to No. 8 Australian General Hospital Fremantle WA ( Tuberculosis of Lungs )
24/02/1916- Medical Board at Hospital found that the disease was caused by exposure & Infection whilst on Active Service .
25/09/1916 – Further Medical Board Report recommended Discharge as Permanently Unfit. Release approved from Hospital & Transfer to Details Camp for Discharge.
2/12/1916- Discharged from Service ( Medically Unfit )
