6/08/1915- Wounded in Action Gallipoli ( Gunshot Wounds to Spinal Column & Left Kidney )
6/08/1915- Admitted to No. 2 Field Ambulance then transferred to 1st Australian Casualty Clearing Station
12/08/1915- Evacuated by Hospital Ship & Admitted 21st General Hospital Alexandria Egypt
23/08/1915- Died of Wounds Received in Action at Gallipoli ( Died at 12.00am at 21st General Hospital Alexandria ).
