3/02/1915- Disembarked Alexandria ex Australia to Overseas Training Base
2/03/1915- Embarked Alexandria with Mediterranean Expeditionary Forces bound for Gallipoli Peninsula
13/05/1915- Admitted 4th Australian Field Ambulance Anzac Gallipoli ( Deafness ) then transferred to Hospital Ship for Treatment
27/08/1915- Wounded in Action Anzac Gallipoli ( Gunshot Wound Neck/Spine )
28/08/1915- Admitted 16th Casualty Clearing Station ex 4th Australian Field Ambulance Anzac
29/08/1915- Transferred by Hospital Ship to Malta then evacuated to England
12/09/1915- Admitted 3rd London General Hospital Wandsworth England
15/10/1915- Died of Wounds Received in Action Gallipoli ( Died at 12.00am in 3rd London General Hospital Wandsworth- Cause of Death- Cerebellam Abscess ).
