2/04/1917- Wounded in Action in the charge at Noreuil, near Bullecourt France ( Gunshot Wound Abdomen ) & Admitted to 13th Australian Field Ambulance
4/04/1917- Died of Wounds Received in Action France ( Died at 3rd Casualty Clearing Station Pozieres France ).
