6/08/1915- Wounded in Action Gallipoli ( Bullet Wound Penetrating Abdomen )
6/08/1915- Admitted to 1st Australian Casualty Clearing Station Gallipoli then to Hospital Ship ” Sicilia ”
6/08/1915- Died of Wounds Received in Action Gallipoli ( Died at Sea aboard Hospital Ship ).
