26/11/1916-Court of Enquiry- Pell had obtained Leave of absence from Parade as not feeling well.portion of hold where Pells Bunk located was subjected to direct hit by Torpedo.
26/11/1916-14 bodies were located, Pell,s body thought to be washed out to sea due to inflow of water following Torpedo strike.
